    The GTM Strategy Workshop

One day with your exec team, for the bet that needs all of you in the room.

You leave with a written 90-day plan, owners and numbers for each bet, the kill criteria, and the story for your next board meeting.

    Talk about a workshop

    Who it's for

    • CEO or CRO at a $10M to $350M B2B SaaS company
    • A real GTM machine already running
    • An exec team who'll give it a full day
    • A board meeting in the next one or two quarters

Usually an advisory client, though not always.

    Who it's not for

    • Early-stage teams still finding product-market fit
    • Anyone looking for a tool recommendation
    • Anyone who wants someone else to run the team

    Pick a track

    Partner and platform strategy

For teams whose partner program exists on paper, or who've been chasing a big platform without getting real engagement.

    Multi-product GTM

For teams adding a second or third product and finding the motion that worked for product one isn't carrying the rest.

    Enablement that scales judgment

For teams where rep productivity is slipping and enablement has turned into a training calendar.

    How it works

    1. 1

      Two weeks before

A 60-minute kickoff with you, short interviews with three to five people on your team, and a look at the numbers you'd show the board. No data cleanup project required.

    2. 2

      The day

Morning on what's actually broken and why. Afternoon on choosing the bets, running each one through the bet check, naming owners and kill criteria, and deciding where AI belongs (and where it doesn't yet).

    3. 3

      The 30 days after

A written plan within five business days, a one-page board narrative, and a 30-day check-in to see what's moving and what's stuck.

    What you walk away with

    • A written 90-day plan with the bets that matter
    • An owner, a number and kill criteria for each bet
    • Where AI fits in the plan, and how it will be measured
    • A one-page board narrative you can adapt for the next meeting
    • A 30-day follow-up session

    Investment

My workshops typically focus on one track for one day with a small team of roughly 4 to 6 executives. Pending scale and scope, these engagements are typically $25K to $50K each, and often scheduled in bi-annual or quarterly packs.

Compare this investment to one mis-hire at the VP level, a year of a tool nobody uses, or a partner program that eats a headcount and produces nothing. The workshop is built to stop exactly those challenges and accelerate your time to success.

    Questions

If one bet needs the whole team in the room, let's talk about it.
